Ally's expertise is incredible! She helped me prepare during pregnancy and she was amazing at helping me understand how to apply that knowledge to my "real world" challenges once baby arrived! Lactation is not "one size fits all" and Ally really worked to help me understand what may work best for me and my first baby! After baby #2, I learned how different the challenges can be, but Ally had really prepared me and supported me till I found what worked for baby #2 as well!
