The first thing you’ll want to do is check to see what kind of coverage you’re eligible for through your insurance provider. You can do this by calling your insurance provider with the number on the back of your card.
Every plan is different but I am in network for most PPO plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, United Health Care, CIGNA and some Aetna plans are typically covered 100% for up to 6 visits. For self pay rates, please contact me directly at (847) 220-7705
